I recently came across the most amazing story while browsing the pages of Yahoo.com headlines. An eager reader of the daily stories and updates, I've always found stories that interested me, however, this story really touched my heart.
It's not everyday we hear of modern-day romances and love stories that last beyond the end titles of a movie. We constantly hear of more and more couples calling it quits and divorcing each other after some surmounting and surprising years of marriage. This why I love this story so much. This story of what seems to be straight from the movie 'The Notebook' tells of a couple who spent 72 years married together and in the end died together, holding their one true love's hand.
